How fast can I get my licence?
When your documents are complete and your activities don't need extra approvals, your trade licence can be issued in about 60 minutes. Your advisor tells you up front if anything will take longer.
What documents do I need to start?
A passport copy for each shareholder, your chosen activities and a proposed company name. Your advisor will ask for anything else your activity needs.
Which documents do I receive?
Your trade licence, articles of incorporation (AOI), certificate of incorporation, share certificate and virtual office lease agreement.
Do I need to be in the UAE to set up?
No. You can choose activities, sign and pay online. You only need to be in the UAE for visa steps such as the medical test and Emirates ID.
Can I work from an office outside Creative City?
Yes. Request a no-objection certificate (NOC) through customer service.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. You can split your licence payment with Tabby, or pay by card or bank transfer.
